The «Procurement Conference» is the only public procurement event initiated by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS Russia).
In 2026, the conference will be held at the international level for the first time, bringing together representatives from Russia and partner countries, including representatives of regulatory authorities, as well as legal and academic experts. The sessions will address enforcement practice in procurement in the context of digitalization and international experience in regulating cross-border procurement.
The conference will also include a meeting of the BRICS Working Group on Cartels (in the BRICS+ format), which will consider ways to improve transparency in the procurement process and expand international cooperation in order to combat bid rigging effectively.
